Summary (Non-Binding): Empyrean222, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the DefiBillboards website and related pages (“Site”). This Policy explains what we collect when you use logins, contact forms, analytics, and embedded widgets; how we use and share it; and the controls available to you. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). For ad/analytics cookies and embeds, we provide a cookie banner and preferences. If you do not accept cookies, you may decline non-essential categories or stop using the Site.
1) Who We Are & Scope

2) What We Collect
- Account & Login Data (if you create an account): name, email, hashed password, and related settings.
- Contact/Support: name, email, message content, attachments.
- Usage & Device Data: IP address, approximate location (from IP), device/browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps; collected via cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tech.
- Cookies & Identifiers: cookie IDs, mobile ad IDs, pixel IDs; used by us and our service providers/partners.
- Embedded Widgets: when you view/engage with YouTube, X/Twitter, Meta embeds, they may collect data per their policies.
- Transactional Data (if you purchase): payment method tokens via our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Web3 Note: if you later connect a wallet in our apps, wallet address and on-chain transactions are public by design (see Section 10).

11) Web3 / Blockchain Transparency
If you later connect a wallet or interact with smart-contract features (outside this public policy page), your wallet address and transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain and may be associated with you by others. On-chain data is public and immutable; deletion/correction requests apply to our off-chain records only. We do not custody private keys and will never ask for seed phrases.
12) Security
We use appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (e.g., TLS/HTTPS, access controls, firewalls, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
13) Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14) Geographic Scope
The Site targets visitors located in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the United States.
